Abstract
PURPOSE: To remove the cladding by being grinded into pieces by thermal shock, by means of rapid cooling the fuel pin by liquid Helium.

The fuel pellet is deposited at the bottom of the super electric conductive magnet 1. The mixed solution of the liquid Helium and the fuel pellet is allowed to be flowed out into a precipitation tank 11 by means of opening a valve 12. Another trash of the cladding tube is allowed to be dropped on a conveyer 15 from a valve device 8 by means of eliminating the magnetc field
