CONSTITUTION: The outer surface of a storage tank 5 is heated by means of allowing a heated fluid such as preheated water or air to be entered from an entrance 8 of heated fluid into a space part 6 by setting up a heat insulator 7 apart a space part 6 at the outer surface of a storage tank 5, and the fluid is exhausted from an exit 9 of heated fluid. The crystallization of Na2SO4 is prevented, because that the concentrated waste liquid contained in the storage tank 5 is heated above the crystallization temp. By said constitution, it is possible to use a lining material of low heat temp. resistance without any generation of local temperature gradient owing to the uniformness of the temp. distribution in the whole storage tank
