Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply demodulated data without extra pit through no adjustment, by providing a gate circuit which controls the generation of the output data signal of a data demodulator circuit by the output of a delay circuit.
CONSTITUTION: This eight-phase phase-modulated wave demodulator circuit has two-axis phase detection circuit 12 which converts the eight-phase modulated wave of a received input signal into two kind of base band signals, level discrimination circuit 13 which discriminates four kind of output signals from this circuit 12, and data demodulator circuit 14 which regenerates a data signal from the output signal of this circuit 13. In addition, this circuit is equipped with logic circuit 42 which receives four kind of vector discrimination signals and outputs a signal when the received input signal does not arrive, delay circuit 44 which delays the output of circuit 42 as long as the delay time the data demodulator circuit causes, and gate circuit 15 which controls the generation of the output data signal of circuit 14 by the output of circuit 44, so that demodulated data without extra pit can be supplied through no adjustment
