Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In a control system in which cargo 10 is hoisted up and down by means of rope 9 and hoisting means 8 which is rotated in normal and reverse directions by DC motor 5, and speed control for the cargo 10 is carried out by speed controlling means 3; speed control for the cargo 10 is carried out on the basis of creep speed instruction supplied from speed instructing means 1 via creep speed circuit 2, until cargo 10 comes into contact with the ground, and the fact that the cargo 10 has grounded is detected through the change of armature current Iaf by means of speed detector 7. After the grounding of cargo 10 is confirmed, speed control is carried out on the basis of a required high-speed instruction.
