Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an ultra-high frequency antenna which is thinner than the horn antenna or the like through an easy production method, by constituting the antenna with the antenna circuit substrate part and the matching circuit. CONSTITUTION:The antenna comprises antenna circuit substrate part 10 and matching circuit 20 containing impednace variable circuit element 21. Thin metal film 12 is provided of one surface of part 10, and film 12 is romoved only at the area on the waveguide path to use this face as the suface (a) to touch the waveguide output part. And antenna circuit 13, coupling circuit 14 and matching circuit 15 are formed (b) on the surface of the other dielectric substrate 11 via the same metal film. The electromagntic wave sent from oscillation source 1 of the waveguide output is led to circuit 13 via circuit 14 and 15 on part 10 which is located so as to block the waveguide. Matching circuit 20 of the waveguide is installed at the oppsite position to the waveguide at the side of source 1 to function to send the electromagnetic wave effectively to circuit 14 via element 21 and others.
