Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable smooth rotation of the rotor of a coreless rotary machine by disposing the non-active portion of a coil strand out of the magnetic field of a permanent magnet to thereby enhance the efficiency of the coil magnetic field.
CONSTITUTION: The semi-cylindrical portion of a cylindrical winding formed by winding strands in cylindrical shape is formed in a circular winding portion 81a, and the other semi-cylindrical portion is extended in chordal shape. Then, the thin coil strand 81 formed by bending the extended winding portion 81b to the winding portion 81a side at right angle is disposed in plurality in displaced manner on a rotary shaft 6 so that the winding portion 81b is formed at right angle with respect to the direction of the magnetic field of a fixed permanent magnet 7. Thus, it enhances the coil efficiency so as to smoothly rotate the rotor without adverse effect to the rotor by the non-active portion of the coil strand
