Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible the continuous manufacture of the sealing panel easily at low cost, by inserting and jointing the core material under a condition that the gap of free ends of both side plates of upper and lower channel-section sheets are being expanded by magnetic sucking device 7.
CONSTITUTION: The upper and lower strip type magnetic metallic sheets 1,2,are bent at right angles respectively by the bending rolls 10, 10, so as to form upper and lower channel-section sheets 3, 4, whose inner surface is applied with adhesives according to the electrostatic painting 11. Then, each side plate 5, 6, of channel- section sheets 3,4, is sucked by the magnetic sucking device 7 so as to tilt; while this work is going, the honeycomb core material 8 is inserted and jointed.
