Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a stopping of the operaton in a safety range even with a water- level of the center pond at any condition, by means of keeping an operation of the upper-side generating station in step with that of the lower-side generating station, in case of decreasing a pumping-up water quantity from the time of stopping operation.
CONSTITUTION: With a stopping operaton made from a centralized control station 12, if within the reference value the then water-level of a center pond 3, a load limiting decrease command will be given to an upper-side generating station 4 and lower-side generating staion 5. If the before said level is above the reference value, a load limiting decrease lock command is firstly given to the upper-side generating station 4 and a load limiting decrease command to the lower-side generating station 5, and if below the reference value, a load limiting command is firstly given to the upper-side generating station 4 and a load limiting decrease command to the lower- side generating station 5.
