Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the detection level of input signals from error generation by constituting a circuit so that the current flowing to the base of an input-stage transistor may be absorbed by another circuit and the current may be prevented from flowing to the signal input end. CONSTITUTION:Power supply E is supplied to the emitter of bipolar transistor Tr16 through constant-current power source 15, and mirror circuit 20 detects the collector current of Tr 16 in one circuit 7 and flows the current coresponding to this current to other circuit 17 and controls so that the current corresponding to the current flowing to circuit 17 may be flowed to the collector of Tr16 by control circuit 18. Further, mirror circuit 23 is provided which has one circuit 21 connected to the base of Tr19 and has circuit 22, which flows the current corresponding to the current flowing to circuit 21, connected to the base of circuit 21. As a result, this circuit has a constitution where the current flowing to the base of Tr2 is absorbed by another circuit and the current is prevented from flowing to signal input end 10, so that the detection level of input signals can be prevented from error generation.
