Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the effect of harmful object removal in an electronic tube by inserting a gas lead-in tube from the sealing aperture into the electronic tube before sealing, and causing the gas lead-in tube to jet pulsating gas.
CONSTITUTION: Gas where pulsation is applied by gas pulsating unit 15 is jetted and emitted from jetting hole 14a at the point of gas lead-in tube 14 into valve 11 as pulsating gas. At the same time, when vibration is applied to valve 11 by vibrator 13, harmful corpuscles which adhere to the inside wall, etc., can be removed effectively and ousted outside the valve because pulsating gas is applied directly to harmful corpuscles which lurk in the valve. Pulsation of jetted gas may be operated by rotating jetting hole 14a intermittently or reversing it at 180°. As a result, badness such as inter-electrode discharge, short, etc., in the electronic tube can be reduced
