CONSTITUTION: The memory RWN 1 reads out and write in the segment alterating instruction bit and the alternative segment address having the same number of words as that of segments in ROM. On the other hand, the memory RWM 2 is accessed with the alternative segment address read out from RWM 1 and the word address in the segment, and the alteration information less than the number of segments in ROM is read out and written in. The information read out from ROM and the memory RWM 2 is selectively changed over MPX with the segment alteration instructing bit read out from the RWM 1, allowing to easily cope with the alteration of the microprogram
