Abstract

PURPOSE:A flame-retardant resin composition with high resistance to thermal deformation and impact under conditions of thermal deterioration for long periods of time, that is composed on an aromatic polycarbonate, a butadiene graft copolymer, a flame retarder and a metal salt of phosphate ester. CONSTITUTION:To 100 parts by wt of a resin composition comprising (A) 4- 95wt% of an aromatic polycarbonate, (B) 0-90wt% on an aromatic polyester, (C) 1-50wt% of a butadiene graft copolymer prepared by grafting monomers selected from methacrylate esters, aromatic vinyl compouunds and cyanized vinyl compounds onto a butadiene polymer and (D) 5-30wt% of a flame retarder are added (E) 0.01-5 parts of a metal salt of phosphate ester of formula I and/or II (M is alkaline earth metal, zinc; R is 5-30C alkyl; n is the same number as the valency of M).
