The keeping of control of the plasma is able with ease by means of arranging one of the D C source device PS1∼PS3 to be capable of connecting a D C source device for current transforming coil of air-core and a reversed polarity, and the keeping of the control of the plasma is allowed to be effected by means of co-operating a power switch MSO and the DC source device of reversed polarity.
