CONSTITUTION: When selection numbers for I/O devices 30, 40 and 50 are given to selection number comparator circuits 31, 41 and 51 from selection number transmitting circuit 11, these selection numbers are compared with numbers peculiar to devices; and in case of coincidence, for example, switch 33 is closed to connect resistance 34 to reference potential VL.
