Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve stability of products by providing undiluted foam solution injection port also in outer casing back surface facing to the partition wall.
CONSTITUTION: Undiluted foam injection port 29c is made also in the back surface of outer casing 21 which faces partition wall 24 that separates freezing chamber and refrigerating chamber 26 of which inside capacity is larger than freezing chamber. After injecting foam heat insulation material from injection ports 29a, 29b, foam heat insulation material is charged through injection port 29c, the amount of the injected foam heat insulation material injected through injection ports 29a-29c depends on the rate of the capacities of freezing chamber 25 and refrigerating chamber, and more foam heat insulation material has to be injected from injection ports 29a, 29b than from the port 29c. By doing so, foam heat insulation material injected from injection port 29c is charged into the front part of partition wall to fill the space in the wall 24 between outer casing 21 and inner casing 23 completely.
