Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The brushes 1 are formed of, for example, a phosphor bronze plate (PBS) (commonly used for springs) applied with Ag-Pd-Cu alloy plating, and the commutator 2 is formed of laminated copper surface plate having its surface etched and applied with B, Ni, Ag-Co plating, so that sliding wear between them is reduced.
