Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the subject controlling device wherein the supply pressure of a forward-and-rearward movement and speed control valve is controlled by an automatic change-over valve operating in relation to the rotational number of an engine, thereby to retain the rotation number of the engine at a constant value.
CONSTITUTION: The port 17a of an automatic speed change-over valve 17 of a control circuit A is connected to the exhaust side of a controlling pump 15 through a variable throttle 19. The port 17b thereof is communicated with a tank 56. Further, change-over ports 17c and 17d are connected to the forward and rearward parts of a variable throttle 19 interlocking with a throttle valve 24 at the exhaust side of a controlling pump 15, and a port 17a is connected to the port 18a of the POC valve 24. The ports 18b and 18c are connected to ports 20a and 20b of a stearing interference compensating valve 20 through pipelines 40 and 41, whereby in the case where the rotational number of the engine is reduced, the rotational number of the engine can be returned to the original value.
