Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent blasting force in a jet of a mixture of cleaning and grinding liquids from getting stronger toward centerline of the jet by jetting a high pressure liquid from small jetting holes in such a manner that it concentrates at the focal point and also by blasting compressed air from the center of the slurry discharge hole in such a manner that the aforementioned jet is dispersed.
CONSTITUTION: A number of small holes 3 for jetting of high pressure liquid at high speed are provided around a slurry discharge hole 2 located at the center of a nozzle main 1, and these small holes 3 are provided with appropriate angles so that the high pressure liquid jetting from these holes concentrates on the centerline of the slurry discharge hole 2. Further, a compressed air leading pipe is provided in the aforementioned slurry discharge hole 2, and from this leading pipe 5 compressed air is blown out toward a concentrating point 4 of the aforementioned high speed jetting liquid to disperse the high speed jet and to average the blasting force so that broader surface can be treated equally and uniformly.
