Subsequently, with a rear end of the main shaft 7 supported by a hanging metal 13 having been previously installed to a suction pipe 3, then with the wire 10 of the crane loosened, after a relocation of the crane made from a position C to D, if moved forward by tightening the wire 10 of the crane, the main shaft 7 will be easily relocated by the truck 12 toward the inside of the inner casing 1.
