Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Within a developing device housing 2, a rotary vane wheel 3 is rotating together with non-magnetic carrier C. When high insulation type magnetic toner T is put therein, it rotated while being stirred and mixed with the carriers and is charged during that time. The toner T having been charged is attracted by the magnetic force from the magnet 7 in a rotatating sleeve 4 and the carriers C fall into a toner tank 5 while being carried on the vane wheel 3. The toner T having been charged is carried to the electrostatic latent image picture of a photoreceptor 1 by means of the sleeve 4. Thereby, the magnetic toner may be evenly charged and given sufficient charges and the images of high quality transferred to plain paper.
