Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve memory core property of magnetic material by adding an adequate quantity of V2O5 to a composition comprising Fe2O3, NiO, and MnO.
CONSTITUTION: Adding 0.05 to 2% of V2O5 by weight of the composition to the composition comprising 50 to 60 mol% of Fe2O3, 2 to 32 mol% of NiO, and 12 to 45 mol% of MoO. The magnetic material of above mentioned composition has several excellent memory core properties such as low driving current, large signal output voltage, and low noise. The composition can be sintered at relatively low temperature in a short time.
