Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the steady formation of the black metal film by introducimg a fixed amount of gas to secure adjustment to the fixed pressure after settting the degree of vacuum to 10-1 torr or less.
CONSTITUTION: Vacuum tank 7 is set to 10-1 torr or less by installing face panel 1 to operate valve 32 and 9 and then to carry out exhaustion via pump 8.
