PURPOSE:To obtain a non-volatile memory where change and modification can be performed easily, by constituting the memory by ROM, which stores most of storage contents, PROM, which stores only correction information, and RAM where read/ write can be performed arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:Memory 100 is constituted by read-only memory ROM10, which stores fixedly most of storage contents, programmable read-only memory PROM102, which stores only correction information for addition and change, and random access memory RAM103 where read/write can be performed arbitrarily. This memory 100 is connected to common bus 120 of processor 110 together with initial program loader IPL130. Then, after storage contents of ROM101 are transferred to RAM103 at an initialization time, the part which should be corrected in contents of RAM103 is corrected according to contents of PROM102.
