Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an attachment for a hair dryer, which attachment can smoothly comb one's entangled hair with dragging less the hair.
CONSTITUTION: Bristle bases 4 are placed on a surface of a body 2 of an attachment having a wind channel with outlets 3 remaining open. Bristle shells 5 are formed integrally with the bristle base 4, and a steel core 7 with a spherical bristle head 6 is inserted into each bristle shell 5. A resilient bristle fastener 8 having holes 10 through which the bristle can extend fastens the bristle bases 4 to the body 2 without shutting up the outlets 3. Since the bristle fastener 8 is made of resilient material the bristle can easily and resiliently bend at their bases and also can turn freely with the bristle bent. Thus, one's hair in an entangled condition which is caused by drying and dressing the hair after washing the hair can be combed with the hair less dragged, because the bristle can easily bend and yield to the hair when the entangled hair is combed with a force more than a certain level being applied to the bristles.
