Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the total construction by allowing the suction side conduit between a pumping tube and a hopper to communicate with the inside of an air- tight casing by means of a conduit equipped with a check valve.
CONSTITUTION: On the way of a suction side conduit 10 which communicates with the suction port 2a of a pumping tube 2 and a hopper 12, an on-off valve 11 is installed, and a communicating return path 13 equipped with a check valve 13a communicates with the inside of air-tight casing 1 and the downstream of the on-off valve 11. Consequently, the on-off valve 11 is closed, and an arm 6 is turned, then the air in the casing 1 is inhaled, into the pumping tube 2 through a comminication conduit 13 and the suction side conduit 10 and discharged from a discharge port 2b, making the inside of the casing 1 vacuum, and when the on-off valve 11 is opened,the fluid in the hopper 12 is inhaled into the pumping tube 2 through the suction side conduit 10 and discharged from the discharge port 2b and sent under pressure to a prescribed spot. Thus, the necessity of arranging vacuum pumps separately is eliminated, and an expected object is achieved.
