Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the machining accuracy by correcting the shaft deflection using previously provided automatic calculation program.
CONSTITUTION: After a rotor deflection 46 is calculated in a rotor deflection amount calculation program 33 based on the outer diameter of each section of turbine rotor and the span between sections, it is input to an input and output interface 34 and a boring arbor deflection amount adjusting indication value 35' is calculated by a boring arbor intermediate shaft adjusting amount calculation program 35 through a boring arbor deflection amount setting condition 47. Then. the value is input to a pulse motor 23 through an adjsuting amount preset counter 36 and a pulse generator 37. By doing so, the metal of a intermediate shaft 20 actuates up and down motion by a shaft driving mechanism 41 and an boring arbor 2 obtains the setting deflection amount consistent to the rotor deflection amount 46 for the purpose of high accuracy boring machining of the turbine casing and so on.
