Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce the film which is not varied through the graphite coating process and then decomposed and removed through the subsequent oxidizing agent process with use of the dry hardening type resist.
CONSTITUTION: Resist stripe 13 is formed to glass panel 1, and then dry hardening type resist film 41 is coated and dried. Then the graphite solution 14 is coated and dried. The oxidizing agent solution is coated up to the periphery of panel 1. After the development, film 41 and 13 are decomposed and removed chemically. Thus, the light absorbing film is produced through drying process, omitting the NH4F trimming and water washing processes.
