Abstract
PURPOSE: To set measurement conditions of high measurement accuracy by pulsing the output signals corresponding to the elements of the image sensors of a solid state image sensing camera with different threshold values and counting and displaying the respective pulse signals at the time of setting and measurement.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is constituted by a comparator part 9 which forms the first pulse signals indicating the measuring object 2 and the second pulse signals indicating the boundary of the part to be measured and its background by pulsing the output signals corresponding to the elements of the image sensors 5 of a solid state image sensing camera 3 and the circuit which counts the second pulse signals with a counter circuit 11 and displays L the contents thereof at the time of setting and counting and displaying the first pulse signals at the time of measurement through switch 10 operation. And by performing the adjustment of the solid state image sensing camera 3 while checking the count number of the second pulse signals, the measurement conditions of high measurement accuracy may be set.
