CONSTITUTION: An axial groove 4 longer than bush 2 is formed by way of bulging in the inner surface of rack housing 3 at the portion thereof where rack bush 2 is press fitted. With such an arrangement, air in one boot 7 is communicated with air in another boot located on the opposite side of bush 2, through the groove 4.
