PURPOSE:To improve utility and effect of air conditioner, by indicating at an illuminant indicating section the control for attaining an air-conditioning state corresponding to required input conditions and carrying out appropriate control for air-conditioning operation in correct and simple manner. CONSTITUTION:The indicator system of this invention comprises set switch section 1, control panel section 2, display section 3, etc. In the set switch section 1, there are provided touch-switches corresponding to each condition of seasons, weather or others. In the control panel section 2, there are provided a lever 21 for controlling wind direction, air-mixing dial 22 for controlling the temperature of diffused air, fan switch 23, and control members such as push button 24 for defrosting the rear glass and other push buttons 25-27. Luminous indicators 21a-21d, 22a-22c, etc. are provided in each control position of said control members, and these indicators are lighted selectively when the touch-switches at the set switch section 1 are operat- ed.
