Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the length of slack of tape to be readily adjusted by providing a driving mechanism which so drives an endless tape that it is contact wound to the outermost circumferential part of a winding part.
CONSTITUTION: A tape guide 11 is removably provided to the top end wall of an annular body 1 by way of screws 13 and plural screw holes 14 are provided by mutually leaving a specified spacing in the circumferential direction to the top end wall of the annular body 1. Selecting these screw holes 14 enables the mounting position of the tape quide 11 to selected as desired and changing the mounting position of the tape guide 11 enables the length of the slack 10 of the tape to be freely adjusted.
