Abstract
PURPOSE: To economize the developer as well as to enhance the quality for the fluorescent substance slurry by injecting a fixed amount of the developer into the glass panel after formation of the latent image to the fluorescent substance slurry to carry out the preliminary development and then giving the development through spray of the new developer.
CONSTITUTION: The inner surface of glass panel 21 with which the exposure is through for the fluorescent substance slurry film is turned upward, and pure water kept at 40°C is supplied on the inner surface to wet entire slurry film 23 through rotations. Thus, the unexposed area is fused. Then the developer is exhausted after a fixed time, and then the developer is sprayed through the nozzle with pressure of 1kg/cm2. With this method, no omission is caused of the fluorescent substance due to the spray, and obtaining the same effect as conventional. Thus, the using amount of the pure water can be reduced greatly.
