Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the form accuracy and the reflection factor of the condensing reflector by giving the cut prosessing to the metal material of a high reflection factor which is provided on the surface opposing to the laser rod and the exciting lamp. CONSTITUTION:The mirror surface processing is given to metal material of a high reflection factor which is provided to groove 2 of a pair of blocks 1 through plating or other metods, thus forming head main body 4. Oval storage part 7 is formed to main body 4 to store laser lod 5 and exciting lamp 6 are stored via groove 2, and the inner circumference surface of part 7 functions as a condensing reflector through the mirror surface processing and via material 3. Thus, the condensing reflector is formed by cutting material 3, so the oval cylinder can be processed in a high accuracy with surface coareseness of about 0.05-0.08mu. As a result, both the reflection factor and the condensing efficiency can be increased.
