Abstract

PURPOSE: For insuring accurate detection of humidity, to stop the output of an oscillator when the difference between the detection outputs of the humidity detecting sensors provided at the exhaust and suction ports of an oven has exceeded a predetermined value.
CONSTITUTION: Relative humidity sensors 1 and 2 are provided at the suction and exhaust ports of an oven to supply detection signals to a comparator 9 through amplifiers 7 and 8. A predetermined set value ΔV and the detection signals of said both detectors are compared with each other by said comparator 9. When the difference between said predetermined value and said detection signals has exceeded a fixed value, the output signal of said comparator 9 is supplied to a heating time control circuit 10.
