Abstract

PURPOSE: To expand the band of the in-use frequency of an elecronic buzzer, and to obtain water-proof structure by making a piezoelectric diaphragm, composed of a diaphragm and piezoelectric-material plate stuck to it, into the double structure.
CONSTITUTION: Two piezoelectric diaphragms 1 and 2 different in resonance frequency are doubled, that is, piezoelectric diaphragms 1 and 2 are arranged at both the sides of fixing frame 8. Those piezoelectric diaphragms 1 and 2 are connected to driver circuit 7 in parallel. In this way, making different the resonance frequencies of diaphragms 1 and 2 allows piezoelectric diaphragm 1 to protect inside piezoelectric diaphragm 2 from external pressure and, in consequence, a low frequency can be obtained by a thin diaphragm, so that the in-use band of the frequency can be expanded. In addition, the diaphragm of piezoelectric diaphragm 1 is formed thicker than that of piezoelectric diaphragm 2, so that the high-strength water-proof structure can be obtained.
