Abstract

PURPOSE: To title laminated film suitable for packaging processed meat, having improved oxygen barrier and tension properties with a specific shrinkage, elasticity and shrink recovery, obtained by coextruding a resin having improved oxygen barrier properties as an middle layer with other resins.
CONSTITUTION: A laminated drawn film obtained by coextruding a thermoplastic resin, e.g. polyamide, having an oxygen permeability of preferably < 1×10-11cc. cm/cm2.sec. cmHy as a middle layer with other resins. The film has a shrinkage in the longitudinal and laternal directions at 85°C ≥5%, a degree of shrinkage at 85°C under a stress of 20 Kg/cm2 in the logitudinal and lateral directions within ± 15%, and a shrinking recovery at 20°C after removal of the stress in the longitudinal and laternal directions ≥ 1%.
