A phase comparator 14 makes a comparison of the phase between a rotational speed signal of the DC motor 17, outputted from a tachometer generator 18, and an output signal of a reference frequency generator 12. An output signal of the phase comparator 14 is converted into analog signal by a charge pump 15, being fed to the DC motor 17 through the active filter 16.
