Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A lead wire holder 3 is fitted at the top of a pole 2 standing upright from the ground 1. Pole-side lead wires 4 passing through the pole 2 are held by a lead wire holder 3, with cut wire ends protruding over the top, and the ends are connected with the illumination-side lead wires 6 extending down from an illuminator 5, before fitting the illuminator 5 to the top of the pole 2.
