CONSTITUTION: The output from picture detection circuit 8 is input into comb form filter 9, and one of the output signals is input into picture amplifier circuit 10 while the other output signal is input into macro-process circuit 12. When grounding the 18th H and 19th H in the vertical blanking area of the input signal by means of the circuit consisting of transistor elements on the output side of 1H delay line according to the vertical blanking pulse, the function of filter 9 stops only in the area concerned, thus preventing the information of VIR signal interposed into the 19th H in vertical blanking area from disturbance.
