Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting on the rear side of CRT and reduce the number of stationary parts for fitting by cooling the coil after melting the external cover by self-generation of cement wire and making demagnetized coil by externally coating the coil by dipping it into insulating type organic solvent.
CONSTITUTION: Apply a huge current for a short while to cement wire 3 wound as many as required times and form and when the external cover is molten by the self-generation of wire 3, cool the wire, dip it into insulating type organic solvent and coat the external surfce, thus making demagnetized coil. With this invention, the coil is easily fitted on the rear surface of CRT and the number of stationary fitting parts are reduced.
