Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively obtain aimed organic compound as a high purity and concentration water solution with a high yield, by separating aimed organic compound from ionic impurities by electrodialysis and dehydrating by reverse osmotic pressure dialysis.
CONSTITUTION: For example, diluted solution of about 0.3 W/V% concentration of adenosinetriphosphate containing about 10000ppm of sodium chloride as ionic impurities, is filled in the liquid vessel 3. Then, the liquid to be treated is passed through the ion exchange membrane electrodialysis apparatus l and the reverse osmotic membrane dialysis apparatus 2 in parallel or series, forcibly circulating the above liquid by the circulation pump 4 and is purified and concentrated. The concentration of sodium chloride is kept at constant as much as possible so as desalting velocity by the ion exchange membrane and concentrating velocity by the reverse osmotic membrane to be balanced during purification and concentration. Then, the concentration of sodium chloride is lowered to the aimed value, regulating pH by hydrochloric acid by operating only the apparatus 1, when the concentration of adenosinetriphosphate is reached the aimed value. As a result of it, 9 W/V% concentration of adenosinetriphosphate is recovered by 98% yield and also, 99,7% of sodium chloride is removed.
