Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide straight material packing machine capable of improving and promoting efficiency of packing by planning automation of a series of packing operation of straight material like as winding packing, packing band fixing at both end portion, cutting the end of wound packing band and the like.
CONSTITUTION: When the straight material 13 is sent to the direction indicated by arrow, driving of motor is stopped by the biginning end detected signal from location detecting device attached to the straight material end treating device 4 and the biginning end of straight material 13 is located at the location of biginning for packing. On the other hand, the suctioning support 40 carries the biginning end of packing band 43 to the outside of biginning end of straight material 13. Then the singal surface adhesive tape wind the biginning end of packing band around the straight material 13, further, the packing band 43 is wound spirally by the packing band feeding device. When the winding is finished, packing band fixing of straight material final end by perifery taping device 63, retardation of taping device 63, cutting of packing band 43 by heated filament type cutter 90 of packing band cutting device are effected successively and the packed material is sent out by feeding pinch roller device 6.
