Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device wherein solid wastes charged in a first storage tank is transferred by a first transfer device, and solid wastes continuous between the first and second storage tanks are separated by a separating and cutting device, and thereafter transferred by a second transfer device, whereby bulky solid wastes are smoothly supplied in an incinerator at predetermined quantities in a predetermined cycle.
CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing door 4 is opened in a state where a force plate 6 of a first transfer device T1 is at a moving-back position and a scraping up plate 10 of a separating and cutting device C is at a housed position, and solid wastes are charged in a first storage tank S1 through a charging port 1 by a truck, and then the device T1 is operated to slide the force plate 6 forward. The solid wastes are pressed forward and drop in a second storage through a communicating port 3. Upon this occasion, a microwave detector 12 detects the solid wastes within the communicating port 3, and the operation of the force plate 6 is stopped by the detection signal and the expansive cylinder 11 of the device C is stretched and the scraping up plate 10 is extended to separate and cut the solid wastes. Then, a shutter 5 is opened to advance the ram 8 of the second transfer device T2 to send the solid wastes in the storage tank S2 into an incinerator F.
