CONSTITUTION:A detector 11 provides a signal ''1'' when the power source is turned on ON position and the output of a comparator 13 turns to ''1'' at a time T1 when a control signal from a command section 1 exceeds the bias output of a bias voltage setting device 12. On the other hand, at the time t1, the output of the detector 3 is almost zero due to a delay in the response of a device to be controlled while the output of the comparator is ''0''. Therefore, a timer circuit 21 is activated at the time t1 and if the output of a NAND circuit does not turn to ''1'', an abnormality signal is outputted. During the operation of the control system, a comparator 24 outputs an abnormality signal when the variation rate of the output signal from a detecting section exceeds the maximum variation rate of the detection signal during the normal operation.
