Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the promotion of effective utilization of the energy, with a load variation in each plant made not affecting the other plant, by providing a heat accumulator in the steam system, with the steam inducted to a heat exchanger of the water generating plant from a waste heat collecting boiler of the gas turbine.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas from a gas turbine 3 is inducted into a waste heat collecting boiler 7, with a water, fed from a water feed pump 8, converted into a steam and supplied to a brine heater 6. In a case when the required steam quantity in a water generating device 5 is generated from a waste heat collecting boiler 7, the generated steam is supplied, as it is, to the brine heater 6 to perform an operation of the water generating plant 5. With a load variation caused in the water generating plant 5 to provide an excess of the steam quantity, an inflow valve is opened to accumulate the excessive amount of steam in a heat accumulator 12. When the steam amount for the water generating plant 5 becomes short, the steam is released from the heat accumulator 12.
