Abstract

PURPOSE: To recover and remove cooling lubricant by connecting exclusive recovery pump leading to discharge chamber with rotor shaft of compressor.
CONSTITUTION: Pressure in air tank 5 is moved to air chamber 5 when pressure in the air tank reached to the set pressure point by action of regulator valve during operation of compressor. Then admission choke valve 4 is pushed and inlet port 11 is closed. Pressure in air intake chamber 1 becomes negative pressure, then slide valve 28 is acted when connected with slide valve 18 through pipe 21. Passage 20 connecting between discharge chamber 14 and recover pump19 is opened. Thus the recover pump 19 pushes up check valve and sucks in gas remaining in discharge chamber 14 inclusive of lubricant circulating during non-load running to move them with pressure to air chamber 5 through pipe 23.
