Abstract
PURPOSE: To continuously eject polyurethane foam raw materials in a wide range with uniform patterns by guiding a laminar flow of the said material on a smooth and flat deflector and ejecting the flow in the air to the flow direction.
CONSTITUTION: An ejection port 3 is formed by cutting a part of inside wall 2a of a body 2 having a hollow 1 at an angle θ and an opening at lower end of the hollow 1 is closed with a deflector 4 so as to approximately equalize the sectional area of the ejection port 3 with the cross sectional area of the hollow 1. The flow of the foamed polyurethane resin raw materials or the like laminated in the hollow 1 is let flow in the direction shown with arrow (a) along the smoothed surface 4a of the deflector 4 through the ejection port 3 and is ejected so that the horizontal flow condition of a sectional pattern may be kept beyond a distance Δl from tip end of the deflector 4.
