Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve sound-pressure characteristics and stability to external vibration by bonding a surface material to a honeycomb material surface by an adhesive containing a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive obtained by hardening thermally or mixing an organic foaming agent with thermoplastic adhesives 4 and 4' is uniformly applied on a surface to a thickness not exceeding a fixed value in the wet or dry method and this surface material, stuck on both sides of honeycomb core material 1, is heated for foaming, so that adhesion effect can be obtained. Then, foaming adhesives 4 and 4' intrude into core material 1 to increase the adhesion surface, thereby improving adhesion strength. Therefore, it becomes stable extremely to external vibration and reliability improves. Here, there is no need to use much adhesive, and consequently sound-pressure characteristics improve while abnormal sound of the diaphragm can be absorbed because of structure including foaming bodies.
