Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the attaching process of the speaker to the baffle board by coating the heat-fused hot melt packing material to he speaker frame as the packing component. CONSTITUTION:The hot melt packing material which is fused at the temperatures of 150-250 deg.C and thus shows the fluidity and then the rubber-type elasticity when hardened is jetted onto frame 2 of speaker 1 via the normal hot melt applicator and then cooled down to be solidified into packing 3. Then speaker 1 thus formed is fixed into attachment hole 6 of baffle board 5 via screw 7.
