Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry and supply parts, etc, efficiently arranging them along a straight caurse by a method wherein two straight tracks are provided in two stages up and down and each of them is supported by its own spring.
CONSTITUTION: Tracks 1, 2 in a double straight line form is connected in the middle, is provided up and down and both those delivery surfaces are inclined outward. The track 1 and the track 2 are supported respectively by springs 3, 3a and springs 4, 4a on a base 5 and vibrated by an electric magnet 6 and an armature 8. The systematically supplied parts ascend the slope from the track 1 which serves as a hopper, too and are arranged on the track 2 and supplied from a gate 10 through a chute 11. Therefore, this feeder is furnished with a simpler structure and a higher efficiency than the conventional bowl type feeder.
